• In order to reserve the date, we require a 50% security deposit. All security deposits are non-refundable.

• The remaining balance (50%) will be charged 7 days prior to departure.

• If a tour is cancelled more than 15 days before its date: Payments, will be refunded a 100%.

• If a tour is cancelled 15 - 8 days before its date: Payments, will be refunded a 50%.

• If a tour is cancelled less than 7 days before its date: Payments will not be refunded.​

Weather Related Cancellations:​

• Weather related cancellations and/or rescheduling must be addressed at least 48 hours before the tour departure. In this case, tour may be transferred to another day based on availability. Refund policies stated above apply.

• We do not accept responsibility for expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, acts of nature, local law or other such causes.
